The Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) is developing an Official Community Plan (OCP) for its nine Electoral Areas. DIALOG has been contracted to develop the Local Area Plans as part of the OCP. Each plan provides area-specific planning policy and objectives including cultural infrastructure, public realm, density bonusing, and directions for future housing.

I am the primary coordinator for this project supporting planning and engagement research informing Local Area Plan content. This work includes planning methodology design, developing an engagement and communications plan, and creating engagement materials.
